As part of its commitment to Children’s Mental Health Week, Virtual College has made a £2000 donation to the Place2Be charity.

Place2Be provides emotional and therapeutic services in primary and secondary schools, building children’s resilience through talking, creative work and play.

Olivia Curno, Director of Fundraising, said: “The fantastic donation of £2,000 that Place2Be has received from Virtual College will enable us to provide 285 children with a lunchtime support session with one of our counsellors.

“These sessions give children a safe space to talk about whatever is on their mind and for this, we are immensely grateful.”
