The Safeguarding Children e-Academy operates a simple membership model. Membership can be taken up at various levels depending on the number of employees you wish to train (please see our Pricing page for further details).

• A pilot phase where we work closely with you and your agencies/staff to get your training framework up and running. This culminates in an end of pilot report to highlight distance travelled and PR to celebrate successes

• Access to a web-based, user friendly, virtual learning environment, which you can configure to mirror what you currently do for your face to face training in your organisation.

• The ability to track, monitor and communicate with your learners via the virtual learning environment from wherever you can access the Internet.

• Post course evaluation delivered automatically to your learner at 3, 6 and 12 month intervals after training.

• Certificate printing available to learners on successful completion of online assessments.

• Full and ongoing support in rolling out and maintaining the implementation of e-learning in your organization. In fact all new members get intense support in the early months to engage your partner agencies and help you to successfully implement e-learning into your organisation.

• Online assessments for all courses to check understanding of training.

• The facility to upload national and local policies and procedures to individual learner records

  - this means that you can add additional resources to different learners that is pertinent to their role and organization.

• All course modules are mapped to the common core and induction standards. All courses are also CPD accredited. We are currently working on mapping all courses to all standards

• All members have the opportunity to contribute to the development of new courses and all members receive 20 complimentary licenses for all course modules we develop.

• Members can have a say in what modules are developed and share the cost of development.

• All modules are peer reviewed at regular intervals and updated to take account of any changes in policy or government guidelines. Such changes are always done free of charge

• Technical and learner support for your learners and administrators

• An on-site facilitation day where we work with all of your agencies and staff to get a pilot up and running
• Additional administration support and progress reports throughout your pilot phase
• An extensive report at the end of the the pilot phase which includes learners numbers; pass rates and learner feedback. This can be presented to your board to show distance travelled in the early stages
