Supporting Safer Internet Day with Free Access to 'e-Safety: Guidance for Practitioners' Course

Tuesday 5th of February is Safer Internet Day 2013. As part of the Safeguarding Children e-Academy's commitment to helping to improve safeguarding outcomes for children across the UK, we're giving away our 'e-safety: guidance for practitioners' e-learning course free all day.

 About Internet Safety Day

Internet Safety Day was started 10 years ago by InSafe as a pan-European network of organisations dedicated to promoting safe use of the internet and mobile phones to young people.

The UK arm of the organisation, UK safer internet centre, is partnership of Childnet International, the South West Grid for Learning and the Internet Watch Foundation. It is co-funded by the European Commission and has three main functions: An Awareness Centre, a Helpline and a Hotline.
